Flavor-Burst Noodle Bowls
INGREDIENTS
- Soba noodles, cooked & cooled
- Protein of your choice, cut into bite size pieces
- Veggies of your choice, cut into bite size pieces
- Original Flavor-Burst Dressing & Sauce
DIRECTIONS
In individual, or serving bowl, place layer of cooked & cooled soba noodles. Next add a protein of your choice, cut into bite size pieces. (This is a great way to use leftovers; we’ve tried it with fish, chicken, kalbi, tofu & anything else we have in the refrigerator.) Next add the vegetables of your choice, cut into bite size pieces. Pour Flavor-Burst Dressing & Sauce over bowl contents, to suit your taste.
We also add in taegu, kim chee, ocean salad….the possibilities are endless! So get creative with it and enjoy!
