Garlicky Beef & Broccoli
INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 pounds beef, sliced
- 1-1/2 pounds broccoli
- 3/4 cup Garlic Marinade & Sauce
- 4 T oil (for marinade)
- ginger, crushed
- 1 tsp oil (for frying)
- 1 garlic clove, crushed (for frying)
- cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
Mix Garlic Marinade & Sauce with 4 T oil and crushed ginger; then add sliced beef and marinate overnight. Heat 1 tsp oil & crushed garlic clove over medium-high heat. When garlic is fragrant, add beef & cook halfway. Mix 1/2 cup water to the marinade, then add to beef. Add broccoli & simmer. Thicken sauce with cornstarch & water slurry if desired.
