Miso Salmon
INGREDIENTS
- salmon fillets (or any protein of your choice, really)
- Miso Marinade & Dressing
DIRECTIONS
Cut your salmon fillets into desired portion sizes. Marinate with Miso Marinade & Dressing overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until cooked to your specifications.
If you’re like me & forget to marinate your fish (or other protein) the day before, you can also baste it before it goes in the oven, about half-way through cooking time, and also serve with more Miso Marinade & Dressing on the side if needed. Quick & easy weeknight dinner for sure!
